Direct fastening unit configuration
DIRECT FASTENING TYPE
Direct Fastening Type
After bolt shooting, the bolt protrudes between the Y-pipe wings and is inserted directly into the fastening hole. A standard double-acting cylinder and stopper-bolt height adjustment can be applied.
Advantage
Its simple structure requires no vacuum piping or filter, making maintenance easier.
Application Notes
Best suited to vertical fastening because product interference and bolt length must be considered.

Vacuum fastening unit configuration
VACUUM FASTENING TYPE
Vacuum Fastening Type
After bolt shooting, the travel cylinder advances to pick up the bolt by vacuum, then advances again to the fastening position. Fastening height can be adjusted by servo or stopper control.
Advantage
It can avoid product interference and supports horizontal fastening applications.
Application Notes
Stable operation requires vacuum-pipe cleaning, spare piping and ejector-filter maintenance.
